I'm gonna make a quick update...

not feeling well + lazy = no blog updates...^_^

After pulling out the wisdom teeth my eyes tend to hav a problem....

not bcoz of the teeth laaa...

a corneal ulcer I shud say n suffer 4 2 weeks...

then later I sprained my right arm...

very painful as I cant move my hand freely..

took 1 week to recover...

Later receive n invitation for job interview at Damansara Specialist Hospital on 07/07/11...

Went to KL by bus a day b4 the interview n staying at dakcik's house in Desa Kiara Condo which is a few steps away from tropicana city mall...(I'm writing using dakcik's lappy in her cozy room..tq dakcik)

I'm joining both of them walking to DSH on the thur's morning...phewwwhh!!sweating a bucket (tipu sgt) as I'm adapting to the sedentary life back at home...no wonder both of them are becoming so thin...the interview started at 10.30am n it's funny that I waited at the wrong place...blame the recep!!hihi...Luckily dakcik is vry kind to leave her work at the pharmacy n show me d correct place...

I think the interview was really sucks...I donno y I become very nervous as I tend to 4got the simplest medication in HTN n diabetese...(slap myself!!)

I cant even remember the max dose 4 PCM...(again slap myself)

n I really hate when people questioned why I didnt get any sponsorship..grrrrrr!!!

Maybe bcoz I'm jez not lucky enough...or I'm not good enough to be sponsored...wuteva, I believe evryting has been fated by Allah...redha n u'll c the reason behind it sooner or later but not now...

I think I've done my part and it is really up to them whether want to hire or not....(kerek gile)

Done with DSH...I went to an interview with PBJV group sdn bhd which they called on the thurs morning to inform about the interview that's going to be held on friday...crazy I would say...Luckily,again!!!I'm in damansara n their's at Kota Damansara...

So, jez go and and check...I'm very curious wut's the company is ol about n wut can I contribute to them in term of oil n gas??N I wonder how they get my CV...n now I hav the answer....It happen to be

Huda told me that it is Mat Taiko(my x lecturer)'s fren's company...no wonder they hav my CV as I gave him my CV b4 when he asked 4 it...I used the opportunity to chat with him at fb asking about the company coz frankly said I know nothing about oil n gas apart from the cooking oil n petrol oil...HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

n they are offering the post of shop assistant...WTH I'm going to answer during the interview n keep thinking wut are they going to ask??

He is not helping at all and keep teasing me off becoming "org mnyak"...(sgt geram!!) I said "sir..btol2 laaa...nnT ape sy nk jwb??sy mn tau pasal mnyak..klu dpt keje diorunk nk soh sy keje kt mane??" he said..."company mnyak keje stesen mnyak laaa..hehe" (skt at x ade lecturer cmni??hahahaha) he added " maybe diorunk nk soh awak formulate mnyak snyonyong kot..hahaha" (totally not helping at all) n he kept reminding me to attend the interview n to be careful "jage2 takot kene palit mnyak snyonyong plak" n also dont be panicked...I asked him about the salary n he said it is much better then becoming a PA..ok find sdeket mate duitan d ctu..n who cares!!kih3...

On the next day I went out as early as I can coz I need to find a printing shop to print my resume n make a photocopy of my certificates (totally not prepare..hihi)..the interview was held at 11.30am n I reach 1hour early n managed to settle evrything n njoy my toasted bread with kaya n butter + milo ice 4 bekfes happily...only Allah knows how nervous I am..I reached at PBJV 15min b4 the interview and fill in the forms n reading newspaper while waiting....

Suddenly..................a person called my name..."mas"

Dang!!!!!!!!hey, I think I've seen this person b4......I wanted to shout my lung out!!!!guess who????Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!En. SUHAIME @ Mat Taiko...yes!!!I dont lie...he's there...I'm in a big surprised to see him and I'm very sure that is him...HAHAHAHAHA
I heard the recep's gurl ask him where he would prefer to conduct the interview....DANG!!!!!!sumting knock my head again...WHAT????!!!!!!he's going to interview me??huhu....crying in my heart....why didnt he told me yesterday when we'r chatting??naseb baek xkutuk company itu...hihi (sunggoh keji)

He and another person from HR interviewed me...ok everything was answered now!!
The PBJV group is going to open a retail pharmacy and en. suhaime as the pharmacist they would like to hire a shop assistant.. ~** anip..no such thing as working offshore yeah...it wont happen!!hihi..

Hate to c his cynical smile during the interview when the HR asked whether I know about PBJV...she also laughed when I said this is my 1st time to hear about them n I dont c any connection between pharmacy with them...

He asked me a lot of questioned regarding retail things n mind u it is totally different from the hospital...I think I need to learn more to become like him or 10x better than him...working in retail is very challenging compared to the hospital as we totally depends on doc's prescription while the retail need us to become more like a doctor suggesting medication n healthcare advise without prescription..I'm asking RM2K ++ for the salary and glad that he was ok with that.....HAHAHAHAHAHAHA ($_$)--->>money!!money!!

I would like to thank him and nothing can be given to repay...n I promise that I would be loyal to them if I got the job...I would be the luckiest person to work with him as I could learn many many many valuable things from a great person like him...

There goes my long story of the silent weeks and days...

I pray that Allah will help me to make a right choice as He know better....amin

(B) - Bhagian Atas

1/2 tin susu cair...(blh tmbah klu nk karamel tebal ckit)
70gm gula kastor (4sudu besar)
1/2 sudu teh esen vanila
3 bj kuning telur...(klu tmbah susu cair kena tmbah gak kuning telur)



(C) - Lapisan Kek
140gm tepung gandum (1 1/2 cwn)
70gm gula kastor (4 sudu besar)
3 bj kuning telur
135ml air biasa (lupe laak nk sukat ikot cwn..nnT aku sukat len)
1 sudu teh baking powder (guna sudu KFC)
45ml minyak msk (lebeyh kurang 2 sudu bsr)

(D)Merinque
6 bj putih telur
70gm gula kastor (4sudu besar)
1 sudu teh krim of tartar (guna sudu KFC)

Cara menbuatnya:

1. Kacau semua bhn (B) perlahan2...jgn bg berbuih2...nti x jd karamelnye...(mcm gmba kt ats)

2. Tapis n masukkan (B) td dlm loyang gula hangus tadi...jgn ade buih tau..nnT puding xcanteq...



3. pukul bahan (C)






4. pukul bhn (D) smpai jd kembang n bila kita t'balik kn mgkok dia x jatuh pon...(cayolah..den dh cube)
xpon korung angkat mixer die jd cm b'tandok g2...



Tips :- Make sure mgkok or mixer korunk kering 100% n kuning telor xt'masok dlm putih telor ni..klu x pukol laa smpai sok..xkn jd punye...





5. campurkan adunan (C) + (D) dan gaul ngan senduk hingga sebati..



6. Bahagikan kpd beberapa bhgian n ltak warna n paste klu nk..(yg kaler pink tu aku letak flavour strawberry)hehe...klu mls..xkaler2 pon xpe...



7. Masukkan kedlm loyang yg td..senduk kn sket demi sket...start dr tgh..then tuang yg kaler len pon kt tgh2 die...wat laa smpai abeh...korunk jgn risau kek tu xkn mendap dlm puding karamel...iye t'apong!!magic kn??hihi



Okeyh...ni gatey2 nk b'corak2 pulak..padahal bile t'balik kn kek xnmpak pon...kih3



8. Bakar cara bain marine(bak kate org French) or double boiling (masok kn acuan kek dlm acuan yg lebeyh besar yg b'isi air) - selama 1jam suhu 160-180C...(timing tu smpai msk..dlm 45min tu usha2 laa..takot hangus laak kn)

9. Bila msk angkat n rest 10 minit br t'balik kan kek yg dibakar tadi...
Tadaaaaa!!!hehe..

10.Masukkan dlm peti sejuk 1jam n lepas 2 mkn sejuk2...sedap...tahan dlm peti ais 5 hari tau....2 pun klu x abih d'makan...

After abh bought the thing (wuteva) then mom keep forcing me to arrange the clothes...
she even called n texted me from school to remind...
C how concern she is??hoho...
Since nexweek mayb there's going to b a family gathering held at our house..so me too forcing myself to emptied the luggage...
It was very tiring n even takes the whole day to finish (ok I lie...pfffttttt)
Lisa asked me whether I've found any treasure inside....
Unfortunately, NO!!!bt wut had I've found is............

I actually have a lots n lots lots lots n lots of shirts n jeans.....a few of dresses n blouses....(.::dush!!::.slap myself)

~** Ni mcD punye....alooossssedapnye!!

The Ingredients :-

Pastry :-
Tpg gandum or tpg serbaguna
butter/marjerin/shortening
garam secukup rasa
air sejuk

Filling :-
3 biji epal hijau buang kulit n ptg dadu
1/3 cwn gula pasir (i used brown sugar instead)
serbuk kayu manis (aku xgune pon sbb xde)


~** Some of the ingredients

The way I do it :-

1) Campak kn sume bhn filling dlm kuali or wuteva...msk smpai epal lembut... n lenyek 1/4 dgn garfu..yg len biar b'ketul2 ala mcD..set aside till cool...


~** bnyk gule mak, nyah....diabetes!!uhu


~* disturb-disturb....


2) Then ayak tpg dgn garam...potong butter yg beku n gaulkn dgn tepung dgn hujung jari...smpai adunan b'gentel..pas2 msk kn air sejuk uli smpai jd doh...

3) Canai n potong doh sesuke at korunk...tp klu nk mcm mcD kene laa ptg 8'' pjg n 6'' lebar...then letak pastry kt tgh..lipat d tepi nk tekan2 dgn garfu pon boley...


~** dh siap tggu nk goreng je...


~** ko hadew???....HAhahHAHA

4) Dh siap boley laaa goreng smpai kuning keemasan...sedia untok d ngap!!
CAUTION!! FILLING CONTENTS MAYBE HOT!!-->>mcm mcD laaaa...hehe
den siap mkn dgn aiskem jgg (ganti choc sundae kt mcD)...itu je yg ade kt umah..huhu

Tips :- Simpan pastry yg dh siap dlm fridge selama 15min b4 gorg nk dptkn pie yg rangup...kruk krak kruk krak...hehe

Tidak dinafikan filem seram pertama arahan pengarah muda, Syamsul Yusof ini sangat menyeramkan! Filem seram yang mengisahkan perjanjian terlarang serta persengkolan antara manusia yang ditonjolkan ini menggunakan teknik kesan bunyi yang berbeza dan sangat mengerunkan serta boleh bikin gugur jantung. Sinopsis

Khurafat mengisahkan perjanjian terlarang antara manusia dan syaitan. Manusia sebagai insan yang lemah, membelakangkan Allah untuk memperoleh apa yang dicita walau dengan apa cara, akhirnya hanyut dengan tipu daya syaitan.

Kisah bermula dengan Johan (Syamsul Yusof), seorang pembantu perubatan di sebuah hospital berkahwin dengan Ayshah (Liyana Jasmay). Seawalnya, pasangan ini hidup aman dan bahagia, namun tanpa disangka ujian melanda di pertengahan jalan, kesan daripada gangguan misteri yang berterusan.

Tanda tanya dan trauma yang melanda ditambah dengan munculnya bekas teman wanita Johan, Anna (Sabrina Ali). Walaupun mengetahui Johan sudah berumahtangga dan bergelar suami yang sah kepada Ayshah, Anna masih terus mengganggi dan merayu Johan menerimanya semula. Setelah ditolak cintanya, Anna ditemui mati akibat bunuh diri. Kematian Anna adalah kemuncak bagi segala siri kejadian misteri yang berlaku dalam hidup Johan dan isterinya.

Nk d jd kn cite...last saturday I went out to midvaley with nik sara..she wanted to buy a few stuffs for her teaching materials (wrapper je pon wat balut buku rekod mngajar) n a pair of shoes (which is xbeli pon sbb kedai sume dh tutop) ---- len kali sile pg mid kol 10mlm lg...[act,smpai kol 8++pm..tp sbb mkn dgn sopan santun alaaa2 pngantin mkn b'adab at MFM (Manhattan Fish Market) ---mkn ikan pon lame...adooooiiyaaaiii!!!

Habeh mkn at 9++pm nearly to 10pm...tlg tokey kedai kasut kemas2 laa jwb nye..habeh sume xb'kenan...klu dh namenye pompuan...haaiiissyyy!!(aku tau ko xbc blog aku,nik..hihi)

Then we decided to watch a midnite movie..I'm suggesting Khurafat..n she was like.."Ok..aku dnga org kate cm gempak"..bt if penoh we thought of watching the Gulliver's Traveler...(sila amek perhatian..mlm mggu ok??mmg penoh ler kn??)

While heading towards the cinema...I saw diz gurls gedik2 amek gmba with one guy near the PDI or wuteva kedai laaa dkt G-floor tuh...Oleyh sbb kerabunan diri ini..aku pon tgk skali lg...(fokus!!fokus!!smpai sepet2 mate)
